In 2014 Joseph and Lesley went to Samoa on a business contract with the United Nations and the Samoan Government. While flying from Samoa, they had a miracle happen on an aeroplane at 30,000 feet. A young man came out of a coma and was healed of a stroke. This opened the door to our first healing meeting in Samoa. From this small church meeting saw an outbreak of miracles and signs and wonders that touched the whole island and launched their ministry. In July 2015 they did their first National Miracle Crusade in Apia city, Samoa. From there, God opened the doors to American Samoa, where they hired the National NFL Stadium in 2016. After this Fiji opened up and they dide 7 crusades in Fiji from 2016-2019, covering two of the main islands. God continued to open doors to Vanuatu, Tonga, the Middle East and Hawaii. They have since done 11 crusades around the Pacific. In 2019 God opened the door to minister in the US mainland and hold their first Revival Night in Wisconsin. Since then they have been to over 25 states in the US.

Everywhere Joseph and Lesley minister they see the hand of the Lord in demonstrations of power, with signs and wonders following. They have seen Witchdoctors saved, Cyclones rebuked, HIV healed and many more miracles. They minister as a family, with their 4 kids, Judah, Ocean, Olive and Lily-Joy by their side. One of the strong manifestations they see are children getting touched by the power of God in their meetings, often as young as 5 years-old, weeping, shaking and crying under the Presence of God. The children then pray for the sick and see many miracles happen. In 2020 they came back to New Zealand during Covid-19 lockdowns they travelled the nation doing over 30 revival meetings in 2 years.
In 2024, with confirmation from Prophet Lynley Allan, Pioneer Ministry began a new phase of their ministry, opening a Apostolic Revival Hub in Auckland city. It is from this hub that they run a global revival and missions organization.
We now facilitate monthly revival events, Schools of the Spirit and hosting missionaries and speakers from around the world. We also have missionaries and mission directors based in different countries working with local churches and leaders to bring revival to their region. Our evangelism work incorporates doing crusades and gospel campaigns around the world as we look to the Great End Time Harvest prophesied by many.
We are a supernatural, signs and wonders ministry and believe that miracles and the gifts of the Spirit are the tools Jesus Christ modeled for the expansion of the Gospel of the Kingdom in the nations of the earth. They still travel as a family, minister as a husband and wife team, with their children flourishing in the gifts of the Spirit and calling of God.
When they started the ministry God told them to “love One, Touch Nations”. This heart to Love the One is still their main focus in ministry today.
